Account Overview

The Haventree Bank Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) savings account lets you save for retirement without a monthly fee. Eligible contributions may reduce your taxable income, and ordinary withdrawals are generally taxable.

Haventree Bank also offers GICs within the RRSP. Its FAQ says contributions are made from the Everyday Growth Account and direct transfers from other financial institutions are not yet supported.

The account is available in Canada outside Quebec. Eligible deposits are covered by CDIC insurance, subject to coverage limits. Check Haventree Bank’s product page for the current rate.
